Purchase Disclaimer:

Defective products will be repaired or replaced subject to the original manufacturers warranty terms, please note some items we carry may not have a warranty, and are sold AS-IS, such as but not limited to, light bulbs and clearance items.  If warranty is a concern PLEASE ASK!  No products are returnable without written consent.  Opened item returns not in their original packaging are NON-RETURNABLE, all other acceptable returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be accompanied by an original invoice or receipt, and be in new resalable condition.  Special order items, automotive electrical components, engine performance, and mechanical moving parts are non returnable.

Aftermarket parts and accessories are not guaranteed to fit or act like OEM products.  It is the consumer's responsibility to research the fitness of the item they are buying or having installed for their particular application and to check and understand all federal, state, and local laws.  Customer agrees to hold SLS Performance harmless for any legal issues that may arise for the use of aftermarket parts. Consumer understands that some aftermarket products can cause abnormal wear and tear and even mechanical or electrical breakdown. Such wear and tear or breakdowns are understood to be sole responsibility of the consumer to research and to determine for themselves if such product is right for their situation.  SLS Performance will no way be held responsible for the repair of any breakdown due to use an aftermarket product.  It is up to the consumer to determine the specific usage of the product and to properly inspect and test all products, services, repairs and installations performed.  Some items such as but not limited to, lug nuts and other nuts & bolts, may need to be rechecked for proper torque or fitment after a specific time, it is up to the consumer to return for inspection or recheck these items themselves.

SLS Performance owns all rights and Titles to all merchandise until fully paid.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STORE OWNERS, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

SHIPPING: ONLY SMALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS ( US Postal Service). Insurance is NOT offered for items sent by USPS.  USPS is currently only offered for single items smaller than (11x8x5) to make it more cost effective for you the buyer. For faster service or multiple item transactions please choose UPS.  Shipping insurance is included for items up to $100. Please be aware we are not responsible for shipping delays once your items have left our facility.  Most items leave with in 1-2 business days. Please check back for tracking information.  We recommend you have someone available to sign for your package when it is delivered.  Please inspect your package for any shipping damage before signing for it. Once we are notified that your order has been delivered, we consider this transaction complete. If you choose USPS and an item can not be sent this way we will contact you before sending your product to let you know of any difference in the shipping price. Maximum UPSP box shipping size is Approximately 11x8x5  if you know your item is larger than this or you have multiple items please choose UPS.

RETAIL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If paying by credit card we only ship to the billing address of the credit card. If a different address is required please select to pay via Papal and use the credit card payment system through Papal.

ATTENTION DEALERS AND WHOLESALE BUYERS: Due to the extremely slim profit margins on these items we reserve the right to change Dealer and Wholesale pricing at any time based on our costs.  This means that even after you check out the actual price may vary based on our cost at that time. We will notify you by either phone or email if your price will be higher than the listed pricing before charging your account, lower priced items will just be charged the lower costs and shipped. Over 90% of the time the prices will be correct however based on our buying levels and shipping costs item pricing may fluctuate up or down.  Due to the excessive time it takes to update every item on this site it is hard to update every item we purchase for resale. We ask that if an exact price quote is needed please call or email us for the most current pricing on the item in question.
